Hello and welcome!
I’m Helena, and I’m so glad you’re here. If you’re feeling a little lost, overwhelmed, or just in need of a space to reconnect with yourself, you’ve come to the right place. I’m a mother of two, someone who’s weathered life’s ups and downs — from struggling to conceive to losing myself in the chaos of adolescence and motherhood. But through yoga and meditation, I found my way back to myself, and I want to help you do the same.
My goal is simple: to create a space where you can feel supported, nurtured, and free to explore your inner self. Together, we’ll work to reconnect with your body, your intuition, and the incredible strength that’s already within you. You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or know all the poses — all you need is an open heart and a willingness to take the first step.
Through classes, events, and personalised journeys, we’ll breathe, move, and rise together, creating a community that uplifts and inspires. You’re not alone in this — we’re in it together, celebrating the power of sisterhood and the beauty of simply showing up for yourself.

I will begin with a mindful assessment of your goals, lifestyle and current position in the wheel of womanhood. We then co-create a progressive plan that can be refined as your practice evolves. You can either take the programme and run with it yourself or we can work through it together in a location convenient to you (online, Hemingford Pavilion Gym or at your home). This will not be your average programming. Us women are cyclical beings, our energy changes throughout so our plan will allow for that so you can continue to be consistent whilst allowing for the seasons of life. This is training as you’ve never seen it before. Training for women.

A feminine approach to Vinyasa Yoga.
Expect captivating music, a relaxing atmosphere and a combination of creative movement and subtle breath-work.
This class will be your weekly sanctuary, a place where you can relax, unwind and connect to your body, mind and the natural rhythm of nature.
All bodies and all experience (or lack of) are welcome, please inform me of anything you may need extra support with or if you would like a hands off approach.

No matter where you are in your pregnancy this class will guide and support you through this magical (yet challenging) journey. This class is all about supporting your body and mind, preparing you for birth and beyond but most importantly, creating community, a sisterhood of which you can call upon and lean upon.
Pregnancy Yoga
Vinyasa Flow
Thursdays 10am- 10.45am Hemingford Pavilion Main Hall.
This is a female focused fitness class designed to get you feeling strong, flexible, mobile and empowered.
We will be combining pilates, yoga and body weight exercises (and a little dancing of course) to embrace our inner goddess and get rid of any stuck energy.
This class is suitable for anyone who wants to support the endeavours of the womb space, so wether you are pregnant, post partum, entering the menopause or out the other side and of course teenagers who want to learn how to train for the feminine cycles of their unique body.
It will is low intensity but highly effective.

Full moon Yoga and Sound healing
Mondays 10am-10.45am Hemingford Pavillion Main Hall
Yoga for mums.
This class is for you mama, no matter where you are on your post partum journey. We will stretch, strengthen and tone your body and pelvic floor helping you feel your best and reconnect with your body and inner power.
Movement is medicine, no matter how small and gentle, you will leave class feeling uplifted, calm and connected.
Groovy mamas is a village, your village, so please bring your babes but this yoga is for you. They can move with you, nap in their prams or crawl around. You can dip in and out as much or as little as you like. All I ask is the babe you bring with you is not yet walking and those that are little movers are of course your responsibility, there will be younger babies present and we will need to keep them safe from the more curious movers! If you want to come without your little one (no matter how young or old) please do also! This is for you mama, postpartum is infinite so no matter if your baby is 6 weeks or 6 years you are welcome. (Also if you’d like to attend but for any reason you must bring your older child please reach out).
We can't wait to share this experience with you, in a space of which we can mother together whilst nurturing our bodies and showing our children the art of self care.
