Helena’s yoga classes combine embodied anatomy, somatic enquiry and mindfulness and self-compassion to create a unique practice that helps to develop and maintain balance in the body, mind and soul – and most importantly allow you to enjoy the practice and have fun! 

 

Helena teaches small groups and 1-2-1 to ensure individual attention to each student.

 

Yoga can help you to:

  • Learn to move well and improve posture

  • Release physical tension 

  • Reduce stress and be mindful

  • Build confidence and self-esteem

  • Develop self-awareness; undo habitual patterns

 

Helena is a British Wheel of Yoga accredited yoga teacher.
