Amazingly relaxing and rejuvenating class second Sunday of each month.
Restorative yoga utilises props, such as bolsters, blankets and blocks to allow you to rest into the pose. This systematically triggers neurophysiological resting reflexes.
This gentle class integrates mindfulness, self-compassion and somatic movement into the yoga practice and leaves you feeling both physically and mentally calm and rejuvenated.

This 2 hour workshop for mums-to-be offers an introduction to pregnancy yoga. We will explore physical yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques that help you to find ease in the body, calm the mind and connect with the baby.

Give yourself a break this Bank Holiday Monday 25 May 2015! We will start with physical yoga practice, flowing slowly and connecting with the breath to bring the body and mind inline. The second part of the workshop will focus on mindfulness and explore practices to step beyond the rumour mill of the mind and develop a calm and kind attitude towards ourselves and our experiences.
